About Us

Dr. Faith Whittier has been a practicing Gynecologist in the Houston area for over 17 years. Her private consultative practice is focused on Integrative Gynecology with an emphasis on Bioidentical Hormones and hormonal imbalances. Dr. Whittier received specialized training in this area by completing a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine under the direction of Dr. Andrew Weil. Dr. Whittier grew up in Madrid, Spain and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She graduated from Medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and completed her residency training at St Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Whittier’s approach to practicing is innovative her small boutique practice allows her to offer patients personalized in depth care developing effective health and wellness strategies with in depth treatment plans that incorporate mind, body and spirit for optimal health and wellness. What can I expect during my first appointment?

Your initial appointment will consist of a 60-minute consultation with Dr. Whittier.

The labs required to uncover underlying issues and medical conditions varies per patient and are separate from the initial consultation. Dr. Whittier is extremely conscious of these expenses and only recommends the most necessary to your care.

Dr. Whittier will recommend a regimen of supplements for your specific health journey.

Follow up visit

You will have a 4-6 week follow up with Dr. Whittier to review your progress discuss challenges with you and your future care and plan of action. The frequency of follow-ups will depend on the nature of your illness.

After earning her Bachelor's degree from the University Of California, San Diego. Dr. Whittier finished her medical training at Case Western Reserve University. She later completed her residency training at St Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas and specialty training in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona center for integrative Medicine.

My goal is not to address and remove (or cover up) only symptoms. My goal is to find the source of your imbalances and address those using the principles and therapies of Integrative medicine. Azna's approach is always individualized and specialized tailored to your particular unique needs. That is what creates sustainable solutions for life naturally.
